  • The eggs need to be cooked perfectly
  • Homemade baked goods are a plus (jams, scones, pastries, etc)
  • Prices need to match the quality (no tourist traps)

What to Avoid

MOAK Pancakes

pancakes moak review

We tried MOAK Pancakes recently, and it failed to live up to the hype. The place is cute and the atmosphere is very nice but their pancakes are just okay, nothing special.

Actually, for me, they were very bland, dry, and overly expensive. The waiting time was very short, and the service was very good and friendly.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and if you’re looking for a place to have breakfast, I believe there are much better places to enjoy breakfast in Amsterdam.
